Asbestos-free compression gasket 8600 is a high quality compression gasket material used in process industries including pulp and paper, power, petrochemical, etc. At the same time, it is also used for food, beverage, pharmaceutical and plastics industries such as the process industry requires "white gasket" materials of high quality compression gasket plate material. This gasket material is suitable for the following working media: water, steam, air, inert gases, alcohols, ammonia, and many other liquids and gases.  Since there are release agents on both sides of the plate to prevent bonding, it is guaranteed that this material has good anti-viscosity.

Ingredients:
Asbestos-free compression gasket 8600 contains high strength aramid fiber and inorganic fiber, and its adhesive is high quality styrene butadiene rubber (SBR).
Viscosity resistance:
All  compression pad materials have done a great deal of work in developing bond release with superior anti-viscosity properties. All  compression gasket materials successfully passed military standard MIL-G-24696B300° F/48hrs naval facility adhesion tests.

ASTM standard performance is measured at 1/16 inch thickness, but ASTM F38 is measured at 1/32 inch thickness. These properties are for general reference only and cannot be used as a basis for acceptance or rejection.
