Nonmetal Sheet 8200 8300-advantage:
1.Very good chemical resistance, the use of substances and chemicals is very wide
2.Good sealing performance for saturated steam and hot oil
3.Compared with the traditional high temperature graphite sheet,it is easier to install, remove and move
Composition:
It consists of high strength carbon fiber and nitrile rubber(NRB).The upper and lower sides of the plate have anti-adhesive,so it has excellent anti-adhesive properties.
Adhesion resistance:
The compression gasket has done a lot of work in the development of excellent adhesion resistance. All compression gaskets successfully passed the MIL-G-24696B 300℉/48hrs naval facility adhesion test.

Note:ASTM standard performance is measured on 1/16 inch thickness, but ASTM F38 is measured on 1/32 inch thickness. These properties are for general reference onlly and cannot be used as a basis for acceptance or rejection. The data listed in this table maybe within the normal range of product performance and should not be used to prepare technical specifications or as a basis for design alone.
