Use:
Asbestos-free compression gasket 8200 used in oil refining, petrochemical and power industry medium for steam and hydrocarbons when its performance is very superior.
Other suitable media are: oil, water, various weak bases, weak acids and solvents.
Advantages:

Ingredients:
Asbestos-free compression gasket 8200 is composed of high-strength carbon fiber with a nitrile butadiene rubber (NRB) adhesive. The upper and lower sides of the plate have anti-adhesive, so it has excellent anti-adhesive properties.
Viscosity resistance:
All  compression pad materials have done a great deal of work in developing bond release with superior anti-viscosity properties. All JINTAI compression gasket materials successfully passed military standard MIL-G-24696B300° F/48hrs naval facility adhesion tests.

ASTM standard performance is measured on 1/16 inch thickness, but ASTM F38 is measured on 1/32 inch thickness.
