Use:
Asbestos-free compression gasket 8500 is the main gasket material of our company. It has excellent performance when used in steam, natural gas, soybean processing and new generation refrigerant. It is widely used in pulp and paper, food, beverage, pharmaceutical, chemical, oil refining, natural gas pipeline and general industry of high quality universal gasket material. Advantages:
1. Excellent thermal adaptability, which can be used in the cycle of steam and hot oil
2. Flame experiment of API607 in modified form has been successfully passed
3.HVACOEM Service certification: Asbestos-free compression gasket 8500 has passed HVAC tests for most refrigerants and lubrication compatibility Ingredients:
Asbestos-free compression gasket 8500 is composed of high strength aramidon and inorganic fiber, some high quality of nitrile butadiene rubber (BNR) cement. Viscosity resistance:
All compression pad materials have done a great deal of work in developing bond release with superior anti-viscosity properties. All JINTA1@ compression gasket materials successfully passed military standard MIL-G-24696B300° F/48hrs naval facility adhesion tests. Fire resistance test:
All asbestos-free compression gasket 8500 successfully passed the modified version of API6O7 fire resistance tests. During the test, the time when the flame directly scoured the part was 30 minutes, in the first 15 minutes. Flange temperature must reach 12000F. The internal pressure must be maintained at 30psig at all times during the test. After the fire is extinguished, the test device is cooled by spraying water immediately. After 6 minutes of cooling, the discharge rate shall not be greater than 100ml/min, then it is qualified. Fire resistance test is followed by leakage test. Note:
ASTM standard performance is measured at 1/16 inch thickness, but ASTM F38 is measured at 1/32 inch thickness. These properties are for general reference only and cannot be used as a basis for acceptance or rejection. The data listed in this table are within the normal range of product performance and should not be used to prepare technical specifications or solely as a basis for design.
